Heard it through the grapevine...

Posted by: Doug Watler, Boca Raton

Dez called at 3:30 ET and said they are having trouble getting an internet connection and have not been able to post on the Blog. She requested that the BRCS family pray for rest for the team and quick healing as several members have gotten sick.

Pray for open hearts as they serve the homeless and for God to give them energy to work hard all day.

P.S. from the Moderator: If you have more news from the juniors, please share it with us by adding a comment to this post. Remember to sign your real name to all comments.

Hi Juniors and Seniors! Hi Kev and Kaila! I have heard from Kaila a couple of times since they arrived. All is well. She says they are staying in a woman's apartment and she has already colored the woman's hair for her! (That's my Kaila!) And Kevin has emailed me and said they are already having a WONDERFUL time. All-You-Can-Eat rice and beans last night! Sounds like fun! To both classes: we are all very proud of you and will continue to pray for your safety and renewal of good health for the juniors! We love you guys!

I don't know how to post someone so everyone sees it and doesn't have to look at the comments, but I thought I would share what I know. I heard from Andrew around 6 P.M. ET and he said that they were leaving to go hiking. Pray that they stay safe and no one gets dehydrated or hurt.
